What kind of leather do you use for your products?
We exclusively use 100% full-grain cow leather, which is the highest quality grade available. Our leather is vegetable-tanned to ensure durability and a natural finish that develops a unique patina over time.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 10-14 business days depending on customs processing and your specific location.
Can I personalize my leather bag?
Yes, we offer custom embroidery and embossing services on most of our items. You can add your initials or a name during the checkout process to make your piece truly unique.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or embossed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How should I care for my MAHI Leather product?
To maintain the quality of your leather, we recommend applying a leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heavy rain; if it gets wet, wipe it with a dry cloth and let it air dry naturally.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Every MAHI Leather product is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
